The Somali pirates are terrorists operating in international waters...can someone tell me how they fall under the jurisdiction of the US criminal justice system? I sure hope they get read their Miranda rights when they are captured.

End result of this “investigation” will be massive financial aid to Somalia.

Does that mean that the pirates will have to be read the Miranda rights? Along with that will they be given civil rights as the lawyers are demanding for the GITMO visitors. A long rope should be applied around their necks and lifted by crane until they expire. That is the way they do it in Iran.

"World law ....?"
It most likely gives Zero and his goon squads a deep warm feeling to hear such phrases. Perhaps their legs tingle.

(I still believe Duncan Hunter would have been the best solution... during this interim in time....)
