And I’m not going to get into any of your little “gotcha” games, and definitions of “Christian” concocted to exclude everyone who doesn’t agree with you on every point.

I had it explained to me by a fellow graduate student, who was LDS, that I couldn't be a "real" Christian because I had not accepted the "Restored" Gospel. That is a game that two sides play.

"Restored" Gospel

Jesus said I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it.

So this idea of the Mormons that the church got "lost" is directly opposed to what Christ said. We have the faith that was once delivered to the saints. It has come down to us from Christ Himself thru the preaching of the Apostles and countless disciples.

I don't know which part of the bible they think is true and which untrue or how they determine what to pick and what to toss out. Just a rudimentary look says that everything Paul preached is tossed, and no wonder, his words are their strongest condemnation.

I don't think anything I say will reach any of them. But when I post the truth about Mormon doctrine and post the quotes from Mormon prophets and apostles on the bizzare and demonic teachings of Mormonism, my target audience is those who, through ignorance, might be ensnared by the slick public relations propaganda of the Salt Lake Church.
