Your inability to back up anything you say is, well, pathetic.

I'm to prove a negative? Where is your "unconvicted of a capital offense" clause in the Constitution?

Your contempt for it's actual language matches Blackmun.

You didn’t “nail” anything. You couldn’t hit a target if your life depended on it. Blind people have a tough time with that.

Ah, now you’re defending the leaders of the Third Reich.

You're equating Rehnquist with the leaders of the Third Reich? That's Daily KOS level.

It's called due process, and the Fifth Amendment.

You’re the only one who’s even talked about Rehnquist. It was one of your pathetic red herrings.

By the way, you never answered my question about a state law that would target YOU for destruction

By judicial legislation? None.

Projection on steroids.

So, why do you think your rights are superior to those of a small child?

You continue to ignore the repeated clear wording of the Constitution which defends innocent human life.

By replacing state police powers with judicial fiat? There is no such language, your repetitive dishonesty notwithstanding.

"The only conclusion possible from this history is that the drafters did not intend to have the Fourteenth Amendment withdraw from the States the power to legislate with respect to this matter." —William Rehnquist, Roe v. Wade: Dissent
Directly on point. Which is why you've fled from his words every time.

Again, you argue like a communist. You simply make things up and then try to put your twisted words into my mouth. I feel like I’m watching one of the Soviet prosecutors Solzenitzen wrote about in the Gulag Archipelago.

So, why do you think your will is superior to the intent of the Founding Fathers?

Again, you argue like a communist.

And still more projection. You want show trials in place of the Constitution.

The Founding Fathers wouldn’t have countenanced the destruction of fifty million tiny defenseless children. You’re crazy.

The Founding Fathers wouldn’t have countenanced the destruction of fifty million tiny defenseless children.

So they left police powers in the hands of the states, which were the sole protection of those rights for centuries. But then Blackmun and and Constitution twisters came along. Your guys.

Isaiah 5:20

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Like those who defend judicial legislation and Constitutional revisionism.
