"Our narcotics division is reviewing the information that we have, and they're investigating what charges, if any, will be filed," Translation: make a nice donation to the police department and this will all go away....

We just had a known tax evader waltz back off the Washington stage, unprosecuted, and we got some Obsessive-Compulsive Law&Disorder types wanting to put the pinch on a guy because of a photo of a pot pipe.

Sheriff Leon Lott, who is known for his tough stance on drugs, said Tuesday the department was investigating.
What a dick head! Everyone at the party will have to be interrogated and charged along with Phelps. What is the taxpayer cost for this 15 minutes of fame for Sheriff Leon Lott???????
