Bush: Hamas attacks on Israel an 'act of terror'

President George W. Bush on Friday branded the Hamas rocket attacks on Israel an "act of terror" and outlined his own condition for a cease-fire in Gaza, saying no peace deal would be acceptable without monitoring to halt the flow of smuggled weapons to terrorist groups.

I'm amazed that he didn't refer to Hamas as the "religion of peace" like he usually does. There are times that I wish he would just take care of America's problems. Like letting Ramos and Compean out of prison with a pardon. Israel will deal with Hamas, if everybody just stays out of their way. Condi is the one who really makes me mad. She always sides with the terrorists.

The last time “UN monitors” got involved in Israel’s business they were co-opted by Hezbollah in So. Lebanon, and Israel (justifiably) fears the same would happen with Hamas in Gaza.

America has helped by providing tens of millions of dollars in humanitarian aid, and this week we contributed an additional $85 million through the United Nations.

Sooooo.....let me get this straight. A terrorist organization is in charge of the 'state' we've contributed millions of dollars in aid to? Have I got that right?

So the very 'resources' that hamas has 'chosen to spend on rockets..." came from....the US taxpayer?

Our government is demonstrably undeniably insane.

Was that before or after the Israelis sprayed cluster bombs in Lebanon? Let’s see, 20 dead and 194 wounded, and the UN has managed to clear HALF (150,000) of the bombs Well, that ought to teach those terrorists, huh?

Hamas isn’t just an enemy of our ally (Israel); they’re an enemy of the United States and the entire civilized world. Thankfully Israel appears serious about taking out the Gaza Garbage.

While chanting “Death to America”, “Death of Israel” and “Nuclear energy is our undisputable right”, the crowd walked toward the Azadi (Freedom) Square in Tehran where Ahmadinejad held his annual speech.
