Who? It won't be scotus. They will be A-F*ing-WOL until Obama is firmly ensconced in the White House.
This story describes Russia testing out Obama to see just how he reacts. If he can't keep his place until January 20, it says a great deal about his judgment and savvy. They make an overture to his camp and it is like reconnaissance--they just want to see what kind of response he makes to a boundary violation. Anything less than a total rebuff, and he fails the test.

That, plus a sort of unwillingness to believe that as God’s Chosen that nothing bad can happen to them. I can’t think of anything else.
Russia would want relations “normalized” to boost Iran’s trade and development-
Then Iran can afford to PAY Russia (maybe in dollars) for its longterm Russian assistance to build Iranian nuke weapons
And think of all the Americans who will get rich from new contracts with Iran
What’s not to love about CHANGE
