Probably never. The education facilities are pumping these idiots by the millions each year. The poor are a lock in to handouts and will never kill the goose that lays the golden egg. The cycle is everlasting since we now have surrendered our Government to the Communists (formally Democrats) that bought it.

That is a very good point. BTW, I love Texas, especially Dallas!!! The best food and the most polite, attractive women on earth down your neck of the woods. Up here in New England we’re afraid to be men, because in blue states if you act as a man your being insensitive.
Hmmm. Never say never. Actually the U.S. have been here before. When the commies start destroying the country with liberal policies, the states and government become broke. Then the people elect conservatives for a couple of decades until they forget again that it is not correct to suppress genetics in lieu of taking one’s productivity and giving it to another by coersion or force.
