A detroit radio station called the Kenyan embassy after the election of Obama. After a lot of trouble they get

through to the ambassador of Kenya.

The ambassador of Kenya says that obama was born in Kenya and that his birth place has become a

national shrine.

Listen to the recording here

The quote is around 12:35, so if you don’t have time to listen to the whole thing, you can jump ahead.
The transcript reads:

Radio Jockey: President elect Obama's birth place over in Kenya -- is that going to be a national spot where he

was born

Ambassador Peter Ogego: its already an attraction. his paternal grandmother is still alive

Radio Jockey:But his birth place...they'll put up a marker there

Ambassdor Peter Ogego: It would depend on the government. Its already well known.

Here is an abridged Utube version of the

the radio interview. So you can hear just the relevant parts.

It can be reasonably pointed out that the DJ was trying to entrap the Ambassador and that the Ambassador fell into

his trap.
However, if you listen to the long version of the radio interview --you’ll notice he used the same strategy on two

different occasions and the ambassador gently brushed him off.

First, he tried to force the ambassador to sing the Kenyan national anthem. The ambassador referred him to the

kenyan website.

Second he tried to push the ambassador into saying something about maybe Kenya becoming the 51st state. Again

the ambassador said that Kenya was a sovereign country. ie No.

He used the same technique on the question of Obama’s birth place. This time the ambassador said yes.

Because the ambassador answered no in the two previous examples -- you can't say that the ambassdor was either

a fool or ill advised.

Finally, you might ask well doesn't he know that saying Obama is born in Kenya would make trouble for Obama? The answer there is why should he be concerned? He has heard no suggestion in the mainstream media that there might be a problem there. So to say what is already well known--as he says--would be no problem.

Here is a utube video of Ambassador Peter Ogego speaking at a conference. Ambassador of Kenya H.E. Peter

Ogego

To verify that the voice on the radio is Ambassador Ogego-- compare the radio voice with the DJ to the voice

on the Utube that goes with Ambassador Ogego. Ambassador Peter Ogego is introduced a bit after minute 18..

They are the same.

Be sure to download the recording as well. The chances of it remaining online for long are remote.

The Arnold would have run for president long ago and likely won if he were a "natural born" american. He's not.

He's naturalized. So he can't run. And he knows it. (though there were some trial balloons sent up a couple years

back about changing the law--that went nowhere.)

Like the Arnold, Obama looks to be a naturalized citizen--but maybe he's not even that.

In any case the supreme court--at Justice Thomas instigation-- is taking up the issue Dec 5

If this is all true, the Democrats would logically be prepared to do whatever it takes to keep him in office.

"If this is all true, the Democrats would logically be prepared to do whatever it takes to keep him in office."

I don't know if it is true or not. But one thing is for certain. Nothing will happen if it is true. The Constitution got tossed out the window a long time ago.

Actually, BOR did give it a mention once on his tee-vee show, and immediately debunked it as “Internet garbage”.

Rush gave it a passing mention once, I recall, probably just to run it up the flagpole to see if others would salute it.

I checked a couple links.

They all seem to work.

What link were you referring to?

The news is not what they are reporting, but WHERE it is being reported. This seems to be a good source. It is also a great summary of the cases and reports.

Yeah I’ve heard the matter given passing mention here and there from some of the conservative media.

But its too hard to focus on.

To do otherwise in sufficiently inclusive.

There is pretty good case now.

Now the job is to get it moved up.

Likely you’re right.

But their efforts will break them.

BOR and Rush think of their own futures first. Loyalty to a cause only goes so far and then the desire for preservation of the bank account kicks in and the cause flies out of the window. Neither one is heroic and does not claim to be so.

...........
Maybe but the suits will grow as the evidence trail grows.

I don’t blame Rush at et al. They have to have some pretty bullet proof stuff up.

That said. Some of the new material looks promising.

I heard Rush broach the issue one Friday but later in a dialog rant he said the birth certificate isn’t going anywhere. I’ve heard it mentioned three times, only the first time was something not in passing.

Why all these guys (Rush, Hannity....) have written off an issue that got the attention of at least ONE Supreme Court justice is open to question.

Kudos to the author for a well written article. What I am observing is so bizarre that it seems somewhat dream-like to me. But the nightmare goes on.

I hope this is followed through with. But I don't think it will be. Don't blame Rush or Sean. They both mentioned it but are realists as I am. Untill enough sheep drop the wool and wake up things don't look good.

Great summary of the cases. I check the Supreme Court site every other day for both the Donofrio and the Berg cases.

However, the conjectures by the author about why the media blackout sounds whacko. Can you imagine the New York Times following Bush’s lead?!! Not in your lifetime.

I think the answer is that the mainstream media got caught up with this guy and decided that he would be elected no matter what. (Just like Clinton would not be convicted by the Senate no matter what.)

The conservative media sees it as a poison pill. If anyone jumps on it and Obama steps forward with a valid U.S. birth certificate, they are toast.

BTW: Former U.S. Congressman J.D. Hayworth, AZ, covered the two supreme court cases on his radio program [KFYI 550 AM Phx] over two days at the end of last week. He apologized to a cab driver who brought the subject up after Hayworth checked the story. Hayworth says that Clarence Thomas is first rate and to be trusted.

I believe one problem with the Supreme Court cases is that the filings are to make officials do their job and certify the birth certificate. I do NOT believe that the results of the case will be for the Supreme Court to demand access to the pertinent documents.

I suppose that Roberts could step forward on his own and insist that it is HIS duty to make sure that he is swearing in a person who is eligible. This might be the best result we could hope for.

Because most of these suits are going nowhere. They were filed in the wrong courts at the wrong time and for the wrong reasons, under the law.

Donofrio is one of the few who followed the correct procedure, battling the judicial bureaucrats with his own money and his own time, and as a result, his suit at least made to Scotus for discussion.  Berg and Martin have been using the issue to solicit money from supporters, making outrageous and incorrect claims and generally making a mockery out of the issue.

If you want to blame someone for this issue being ignored, blame Berg and Martin -- they have no credibility, and no media personality is going to put their own credibility on the line by publicizing their crackpot efforts.

It is tough to get your arms around.

But the info is what it is.

Obama just makes it worse by stonewalling his birth certificate.
