Well, that explanation makes sense, but youd never guess thats what he believes by watching that ad. That ad makes him look like hes just another politician trying to be everything to everybody. Hed be better off finding another way to express his concerns over the environment. IMO Dear Newt: mission NOT accomplished.

for it?
Some people even here on FR believe BJC did welfare reform.
Will Newt explain why he chickened out on the budget because
