The Ayatollah Hussein IS NOT the President elect yet, and may never be. We will see what the Electors decide mid-December about supporting an illegal alien as President of the US. McCain may yet win.

The Constitution of the United States of America states:
Aritcle II, Section 1
No Person [1]except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;
neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office [2]who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years,
and been [3]fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
If one cannot not meet these 3 simple qualifications and/or they are ignored, where does that leave a "nation of laws" and the US Constitution?
If the Constitution is no longer valid, then we are no longer a country...a Constitutional Republic.
That being the case no laws or decrees by the government hold any authority.

If The Supreme Court Decides...?
At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter’s Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.
If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.
“I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate,” says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. “They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect.”

It is whether a key constitutional provision will be obeyed by an arrogant crypto-Marxist who BY HIS OWN WORDS exhibits contempt for that document and is probably intent on weakening or destroying it. Have you forgotten his lament in the PBS radio interview as to judges not exceeding the constitutional constraints placed upon them by the founders? Just think of the breathtaking hubris and conspiratorial machinations that he is willing to undertake to fraudulently usurp the presidency by concealing his birth record, that he has already demonstrated.
Do you really think that there is ANYTHING that he would not do to retain power if he is willing to ascend to it in such a fraudulent manner???? I believe that this nation has elected a smiley face liberal facist of the first rank, one that will do ANYTHING for power.

Unfortunately, he doesn't. He ordered the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari by December 1. That is all. I don't know where she is getting her last line "At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond. from. They don't have to produce a BC. They just have to reply to the standing argument - that is what the case was dismissed on and if Berg made any arguments concerning judicial error ( I don't know if he did. He should have , considering the last paragraph of the ruling where the judge basically used a political argument instead of a legal one for part of the basis of his decision ) They will probably use the same argument they used in the lower court. Hopefully, this court won't buy it.
I wonder if this is why we are seeing so many stories about him, as if he is already occupying the oval office.

Somebody, somewhere has got to get him (or rather the state of Hawaii - I trust nothing that comes from him) to publicly prove his eligibility.
He has no privacy right about this issue anymore.
I know different states have different rules concerning when the electors meet to cast their votes. Hopefully, there is a governor of a state that has rules where the governor can say no votes can be cast until the credentials of the candidates are presented. The media can’t hide from this if he refuses to present a BC to the electors. However, all of this requires a governor with some guts.

Berg simply filed a petition for a writ of certiorari. All this means is that Berg is claiming that the decisions of the district court and the circuit court saying he lacked standing to bring his lawsuit in the first place was incorrect and is asking the Supreme Court to send it back to the lower court for review.
The plaintiffs will simply respond by giving their arguments as to why the Supreme Court should not grant the cert. No birth certificate is required. This has absolutely nothing to do with evidence. It only has to do with whether or not Berg has standing and whether the lower courts' decision was wrong.
The Supreme Court is only being asked to rule on Berg's standing. Nothing else. And Obama's birth certificate has absolutely nothing to do with Berg's standing.
And Berg is a Democrat.

I would also request all of the hospital records associated with his birth. It's never even been made clear which hospital that he was supposedly born in.
