“McCain Shredding Obama’s Lead”

I don’t believe Hussein ever had a real lead.

FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT! VOTE!! It’s now or never. We let this radical leftist racist win it’s over for America. We must defest the lies and hate and radical communists who are trying to destroy this country.

We need to play by rat rules. Take pictures of the sparse side of crowds (or Biden’s “crowds”) and dejected supporters and ask the question.

Are Obama’s crowds dwindling?

Things are pretty bad when we are all begging for McCain the insane to win... I can’t stand the man.

McCain's not my first choice from the list of all possible choices, but he's #1 by a huge margin among those on the ballot. He's fully qualified for the office and likely to be a great commander in chief. That strikes me as a pretty good start. I'll vote for McCain with a big smile ... and with a prayer that liberal dead voters don't swamp our honest patriotic votes. And don't forget. We're voting McCain-Palin, not just for McCain. Will I be grinning ear to ear as I vote? You betcha!

You’re right, it will not be an easy four years either way. I am no fan of McCain myself. I respect the man but am often at odds with his politics. I had my mind made up to vote for the Constitution or Libertarian candidate a year ago.

Then Obama somehow won the Dem nomination. If I had my pick, McCain wouldn’t be it. But the gulf between he and Obama being CIC, directing foreign policy, and appointing Cabinet and SCOTUS positions is too big to ignore.

If McCain wins this election, and I believe he will, it will be people like us as the difference. Hillary Democrats, evangelicals, libertarian/far-right conservatives - all of whom decide to vote McCain because we cannot fathom having an Obama Administration. McCain may win simply because the Dems went too far this time and were trumped by a coalition of the unwilling.

I copy and pasted your post to some on my email, I hope you do not mind. When sending the message I opened an email from a staunch dem friend of mine. I had sent him the headline of BHO kicking reporters off of his plane. My friend’s reply was that he is voting for Nick Saban. Landslide McCain!

And that is why I now believe McCain will win.

The link brings up Wall Street and the market’s influence to now have been favorable to Obama’s promise to heal this ailing economy; the rapid climb of the major funds and stocks yesterday to close seem to be holding today on a mild seesaw tilting up.

If the market closes up today and holds on Monday, it will remove itself as a last-minute wedge for the Obama team.

This is really shaping up as a last minute edge-of-seater.

Here’s my Obama slogan:

HE CALLS FOR HOPE WHILE HE STEALS OUR DREAM,
HE PROMISES CHANGE WHILE HE STEALS OUR PAY.

Every one of our grandparents came here in steerage because of the American Dream. Obama has ordained himself to the awful majesty of God and believes it is his call to take that American Dream, our family legacies from us and give it to whomever he so deems.

“America does not want Marxism!”

The candidates to Joe the Plumber:
McCain: “It’s YOUR money; use it when YOU want it”
Obama: “It’s OUR pie; everyone behind you deserves a slice”

Obama should run for office in a country where citizens favor equality over liberty. America is a nation that long has favored equality of opportunity over equality of results. That idea underlies American exceptionalism: we are the land of opportunity.

There’s nothing stopping any American from making as much pie as Joe the Plumber. America’s “poor” already enjoy a standard of living many times greater than that of the average citizen in Third World countries; by many metrics, their standard of living rivals that of middle class families in Europe today as well as that of middle class families in the US from the 1950’s.

Thus, even families currently at the bottom of the income distribution should be grateful to be living in the land of liberty rather than enviously eyeing the fruits of those who achieve the American dream. In the words of one wise scholar, we did not get where we are by picking each other’s pockets.
