Wrong.
Please place your Digg suggestions below. Once we have settled on the initial five articles and five videos, a new post with the links will appear at the top of "Breaking News" and will be kept there!!!
Wrong again.
Thank you for supporting Free Republic but your threads will not be placed at the top of Free Republic at you say so after you collect the hits for your website.
AM
you nailed it right
only way this will work is if we make an internal digg ping list , otherwise the lurker dems will take the link and take it to their base and bury it.
folks who are non-believers, wake up, the new media is here....either adapt or stay silo’ed with our messaging.
You’re not quoting me. You’re quoting someone else.
How about learning to use FR first before pushing another m.o.?
Here are a few from my digg history to get you started:
I FReepmailed Jim Robinson, explained this idea to him, and he gave it the thumbs up. If you would like, I would be glad to forward the his FReepmail to you.
There are a lot of conservatives there, it’s just they are outnumbered by the libs.
Also check “Include Buried Stories”
1) Never search a complete (or full) source title.
2) Click on the Articles tab
3) select the most unique word in the title of the source article you want to post.
4) enter that word (or two) alone in the 'search' box, and select 'By title, and hit 'Search'
4a) You can use a direct URL search like this:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/search?m=all;o=time;s=(your unique words)
5) this will find a related or duplicate 99% of the time.
I read (not registered to post) the hillaryclinton site and they digg all the important articles and link the article and the digg link on all new articles.
It gets the articles seen by the masses; I signed up and now I keep getting the latest digg article flashing on my screen when I’m on the net...
Believe me, everyone: Digg doesn't need our traffic. It is very high in traffic rankings.
This idea is much more advantageous for bringing new people into the conservative movement and to FR and in combating liberal bias than it is to Digg. If you don't think so, you do not understand it.
Many of us on Digg have been trying to get conservative articles in front of eyeballs for a long, long time. If we want to grow conservatism, it involves getting others to consider the conservative message.
We wonder why we have all this great anti-Obama information on FR and it never makes it into the mainstream. One reason is that we resist using new media to push it into the mainstream. We push it to each other fine. That's great if we want to stay at 50.1% every election and bite our nails every two years.
Have now been through 5 DIGGIT PAGES without finding a single genuine conservative perspective article to DIGG.
I’ve ‘buried’ about 20 or so outrageously distorted fawning OBUMMA articles.
Sheesh.
Are you looking through “Popular” or “Upcoming”? If you’re going through “Popular” you’re seeing the problem we’re trying to combat here.
As I said, Jim Robinson recognized the value of this idea and signed off on it. After I explained it to him, here is his exact reply:
Go for it!
Thanks,
Jim
Also, I think Franglog sums just how powerful this tool can be for FR. Not only that, if you put FR links on Digg, their community will be coming HERE to read them—GGG
Here is Franklog’s reply:
Digg is your website GodGunsGuts? I didn’t realize that was you on the cover of Business Week two years ago!

Too much technical info and skill required. Please bottom-line me: where or what do I click?
Thanks!
Whoever said earlier that it should be looked at as a "Freep This Poll" type endeavor was exactly correct.
