Why are the GE stockholders letting NBC/MSNBC drag their company through the gutter with their terrible news and comments shows? Matthews and Olberman are dragging them through the slime, and they get killed in the ratings. Where are the Board of Directors representing the stockholders? Amazing.

Keith Olbermann has been bordering on a full fledged break from sanity for a long time. His sanity is no longer in question...He isn’t.

In order to win a lawsuit, McCain’s camp would have to prove that untrue negative things were published. “Published” does pertain to broadcasting, but MSNBC lawyers can simply produce a ratings book to prove that there was no audience, therefore no publication. Lawsuit dismissed.
