Well, Joe, flamethrowers are not considered firearms by Federal law, and as such are not regulated in any way. "Bazookas," or other destructive devices, are legal in most states, so if Joe opposes them, then he is, indeed, in favor of more gun control laws.
And "high-powered sniper rifle" is 'rat code for the bolt-action rifles.
Get ready for the "common-sense" gun ban on "assault weapons" and "high-powered sniper rifles".
Biden is a FUDD
Mr I have 3 shotguns, la dee dah..
Well hoity toity ol chap Biden, I don’t have a hankering for quail guns.. I can’t afford a $1200 bird gun...
I like AKs, big ones little ones, 12 gage AK’s with 20 round drums...
{/ rant off
“Both of us believe strongly in the Second Amendment, Biden said. We do not believe in registration. We do believe in limits on some of the weapons. You cant have your own flame-thrower or bazooka. And legislation in relation to assault weapons doesnt affect hunters or sportsmen.”
Obama believed that the DC pistol ban was constitutional, till the supreme court overturned it.
Another moron who thinks RKBA is limited to protecting a "right" to hunt game animals...
I love that video.
Let them keep thinking that. In urban warfare, a shotgun and bolt action rifle would do pretty much everything that needed doing. Add in a "Cowboy" lever action, in a pistol cartridge, .357, .44 Magnum, or .45 Long Colt) and you'd fill in most of the cracks.
But of course, once they ban the Ugly black Guns, (including those that are Hot Pink) they'll start on the "sniper rifles", and then there goes the bolt action. But it's going to be extremely difficult to demonize shotguns, even though they are used in a lot of crimes, because so many people have them, for many it's their only firearm. And demonize a lever action "cowboy" rifle? Not likely.
But just because they can't demonize them individually, doesn't mean they just won't ban or apply regulations so severe they amount to a ban for the majority.
