“This is why they’ve been so intent on destroying Palin and making her look like an idiot and in some cases, it’s working.”
Sarah and Joe the Plumber, are his two best weapons if he is smart. Joe the Plumber resonates with my daughter and her husband who own a small business. They have a young child are scared “shixless” of the future Obama will bring.
Especially so if the candidate is unlikeable.
I maintain that John McCain will win in the biggest landslide in history.
PRAISE GOD!
ANSWER TO PRAYER.
Other wise known as Obama burn out. Let it happen!
Bump
I think we better not just guard the polling places but the places where the votes are tallied. In Madison a friend stayed until 12:00 o'clock on voting night at a place where the votes were sent to be tallied. Up until the time she left our candidate was ahead. Just minutes after she left his opponent won by a large amount. They dumped votes in for her at the very last minute from somewhere. The people in the room were all long haired hippy types that seemed secretive and shifty. Are Republicans prepared to guard these central tallying places?
Just from talking to folks, I also see this. It's a quiet but powerful tide unlike anything I have ever seen in politics.
The everyday republicans aren’t apathetic at all thanks to Sarah Palin.
Too bad our so called elites continue to aid our enemies.
We’re just going to have to put them in their place.
But count on it, they will continue to use fake exit polls and do everything to discourage the voters in the later time zones from voting at all.
redstate is one of the best, if not the best, website around.
I long ago gave up on NRO and switched to redstate.
At this point the media has a vested interest in being right.
I told you so is a common malady on the left and sadly, on the right.
Let’s not fall into their trap. They made their bed, let them lie in it alone.
No, he's lost and wandering aimlessly in the aisles at his local Home Depot looking for lightbulbs......
That's not why Bush took Ohio. He took Ohio because people like us took to the streets and the phones and rallied others to vote. Right now, the dems want us to feel down to suppress the vote. We cannot let that happen. Time to hit the streets and phones again.
No, he's probably asking "So where do you keep the electric trains?"
The secret is not to pay any attention at all to the MSM, which is nothing but the marketing department of the DNC.
Thanks for posting because I’ve felt this was an overlooked issue.
For ever “energized” young person that Obama’s expecting to show up at the polls, I bet there’s an energized Sarah supporter who hasn’t voted in years, but is going to this year. I spoke with one two days ago.
An acquaintance who has been turned off by politics for years, totally apathetic and this year he’s voting...why, because he likes Palin. How many others will there be that will go out and vote because of her...that’s the unanswered question, the “silent” majority (we hope), so to speak.
And as far as Obama counting on the “youth” vote...so did Kerry, and so did Dean for that matter. The “yuts” don’t always show up when they’re supposed to (My son’s a graduate student and is a graduate assistant. He has said all along if they’re counting on underclassmen to vote...they can forget it, LOL, they can’t even show up for class when their grades depend on it.)
I polled well over 100 voters Monday night.A portion were not home or unavailable but the majority were McCain Palin. I only had a couple of Obama supporters. It was a Blue state.
We have Palin and now it looks like we have “Joe Plumber”. The more ‘ordinary’ we get, the better it is.
According to local media here in Indianapolis, all 24,000 tickets for Palin’s appearance on Friday have been taken.
She’s SOLD OUT.
