Obviously Obama has something to hide otherwise he could make this go away real fast by simply producing a valid birth certificate. Plus he could make everyone involved look foolish and say it’s further proof that he’s being picked on.

I read the entire brief last night it it appears that not only is Mr. Berg asking for a long form birth certificate he is also asking for his passport. He asserts that BO was born in Kenya, his mother could not have claimed him as a citizen based on a law that he had to have lived in the US fo 5 years after her 14th birthday. BO’s mom divorced his real dad and married an Indonesian and moved to Indonesia. He attended school there and was ADOPTED by his father and given his sur name which makes him a citizen of Indonesia based on both US and Indonesian law. He then returned to the US to live with his grandparents as an ILLEGAL ALIEN. He also claims that he traveled to Pakistan in the early 80’s on his Indonesian Citizen issued passport.
I don’t think it’s the brith certificate BO doesn’t want to hand over. The MSM is trying to make people believe that is what it’s about.
Mr. Berg is also suing BO, The DNC, and the FED for defrauding American citizens out of $400 million dollars for mounting an illegal presidential campaign.

Obama has a passport,doesn’t he? How would he get one without proof of citizenship? Just wondering out loud.
It sounds like Joe Biden’s wife is measuring the curtains in the White House. Isn’t fate amazing. Biden may be like Gerald Ford and someone who serves as President without ever being elected.
I just don't understand what the upside is to not producing his birth certificate if he actually has one. It's an amazing thing.
So, if he were to get elected, then it came out that he is truly ineligable to serve, we are oblgated to let rule for 6-8 years or 200-300 years and none of our FBI/CIA/USDA/State dept. will act in our behalf? You gotta know that they fully intend to act in a way that is not in our best interest.

Again...check out this video....it shows the COLB of Obama...and then another actual certified copy of someone elses COLB....they aren’t the same....Obama’s is fake and this analyst explains and shows why.
Even if Obama did not have his birth certificate, he could apply to Hawaii and get one if indeed he was born there. What is to be gained by stalling except to incite race war if he is elected and then it is proven that he had no certificate. Maybe they feel the courts to prevent that would let him remain President if elected. And with the asses out there I hear lately, many of them would not care.
Do you think this is the ultimate November surprise? McCain and the RNC demand the state of Hawaii produce a certified copy of live birth....take it to court...the court either rules on it or not...If the court refuses then they take it to the U.S. Supreme Court...with the PA case still pending (which it will be)....they cite that case AND that Obama still refuses to release a COLB from Hawaii and they seek an order from the USSC demanding a COLB from Hawaii. What would it hurt? The USSC would HAVE to allow this....it’s the only way to prove your citizenship and the constitution requires to be natural born. The McCain camp and RNC could run asking Obama to prove he is American born....
This plants the seeds in peoples minds. The “is he Muslim...is he one of us...what is he hiding...” comes out even more...this time a constitutional crisis because Obama stalled and refused to release this COLB. It makes Obama look above the law...by refusing to produce a simple request....it reinforces the elitism charge....and it plants that seed of doubt in voters.
Keeping in mind you have fight fire with fire, this is what I would suggest.
A ‘questioner’ from the audience should direct this question to McCain and Obama: “Senators , I have heard that there is a controversy over your birth certificates and the place of your births, could you both comment on that issue. I would also like to know if you both would produce a complete certified copy of your birth certificates to end these rumors?
If obama makes the mistake of saying he is standing by the one posted on his website, he opens himself up to PUBLIC and legal scrutiny. All McCain has to say is that he will post his on his website immediately.

The wonder of it all is that with all the dirt thats being dug up on this guy he`s still the rat`s POTUS nominee.If thats not a condemnation then nothing is.Fear for America if he wins.
That's the part that makes me wonder about all this, the Clinton's are very powerful people and there is no way they could have missed this. So why didn't it come out? I just can't understand why they would ignore this if there were any legitimacy to it.
I apologize if this has been covered but citizenship comes from birth in the U.S.or by one natural parent being a U.S. citizen. Were either of Husein’s parents a U.S. citizenat the time of his birth?
