"By the halfway point in the article, which is about where I stopped, he still hadn't disputed the idea that Democrat economic policies were more beneficial to working Americans. " Despite the "fairness" to Republicans, the focus of the article seems to be on how to "re-package" the Democrat message so as to win more elections. This seems to suggest that Democrats are more "correct" than Republicans and can thus more easily become the winners of elections with just a few tweaks to their message.
Otherwise, Republicans will almost inexplicably continue to win by the accidental coincidence that our belief system more exactly matches the desires of the voters.

If this person had really wanted to post a good article he/she would have actually looked at the Bible. If one wanted to do a percentage on - oh, say, menstruation - and relationships to others, menstruation would not show up as statistically insignificant. Anyone who talks about Biblical Christianity in the terms presented here has destroyed the argument from the beginning.

"...Consider these facts. The right wing says it cares about groups, rather than individuals; and yet it favors the most rampant form of 'dog-eat-dog' capitalism. The left wing is suspicious of markets and wants to even the playing field across citizens. The right wing claims that its positions will reduce crime and strengthen the families. Yet it is the most left wing states that have the lowest crime rate and the strongest, most stable marriages..." - Howard Gardner, Harvard University Just laugh out loud funny comments from the second commenter (IMHO); hearing libs explain what conservatives understand is (or should be) a lesson in hubris vs humility.
