I was at Dealy Plaza on the day of the 40th anniversary and Ventura was there being interviewed. He was being treated like a major celebrity. I remember his comment about the government not releasing all of the information.

I thought to myself that this guy wouldn't have read the available 26 volumes, why does he think he needs to read any more? I really hate to think someone this stupid is in government but the dem party has shown me it's completely possible.

I just dropped my daughter off for another year at University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. After our five hour drive and the last hour running the gauntlet of RNC Convention security squads (Homeland Security Cars, Tons of unmarked state or feds, and locals @ all the overpasses) we arrived to idiots carrying Franken posters, Ron Paul pickets, and a lot of people with signs about Fed Reserve policies.

My daughter is really anxious to attend the convention as a student. Her house-mates want to go as well and they're trying to figure out how to get in. Despite their anti-conservative silliness, they are all jazzed over Sarah Palin.
