Looks like Russian AS Val supressed 9x39mm rifle...for keeping ones location secret. Or for murdering quietly.
What is wrong with that? Have you ever served in the miltary? This is standard practice. Have you not seen images from Iraq when prisoners are detained and transported? This is basic standard operating procedures.
No different when U.S. forces transport detained Iraqi’s.
