You do realize that the "Russian peacekeepers" are simply active participants protecting Ossetian aggression and opening the way for Russia's invasion. They are not a neutral party.
Personally, I think that Sakashvilli was insane to respond by a full attack on Tskhinvali. He could nto have acted more against Georgia's interests if he were a Russian agent. I think that he should have documented proof of Russian agression, declared Russian "peacekeepers" to be agressors in combat, while calling to real international peacekeepers.
