We already knew his name was Barry Soetoro in Malaysia.
There is every indication that he was born in Hawaii.
How could this effect his eligibility to run for President?
Answer: It doesn’t have any effect whatsoever.
If that happened, then would another election be called, or would the Vp be named President for the term and another election called?

If all that is true, any birth certificate Obama produces would be a complete and total forgery, because no original Obama birth certificate existed to be “sealed”.

Not if it was sealed by the court because of an adoption proceeding; but then the adoption records would have to be public record and nobody's come up with those either.
