And once St Barrack is president all this poverty and hopelessness in the inner cities will end! In reality I shudder to think of the hopelessness that will persist after 4 years. This would probably give rise to more resentment and lawlessness.

I hope that perhaps in my lifetime we will see a conservative president actually solve some of these problems but I doubt it will—or can, happen.

They would lose every election thereafter if black people were to awaekn to the reality of what Johnson put into motion, planned parenthood—with the full backing of the democrat party—has served to provide, and the DNC has exploited for lo these three plus decades now. It is a stealth sort of enslavement and black leaders like Scrapton and Jackasson have been empowered by the abortion slaughter and welfare pimping that hallmark democrat policy. Rather, he said the incident underscores a point he’s been making often lately — that a hard-care group of 200-300 young people in the city appear to be beyond the reach of social programs, that everyone from government to families needs to work together to engage them.

It's not that the problem will never be 'fixed', but it will continue until something overriding takes place that forces the need for correction. Social breakdown, war (Serious war), some natural, social, or war related event that simply makes putting up with the problems or issues simply not worth it to existing society.

During major cultural stress those who fail to conform to the whole or cause problems beyond their worth are usually are taken care of quickly and forgotten fast.

OTOH, it just may be that no such event will take place, and the 'problem' will end being the current 'Societal Norm' (Us) and we will be taken care of...

Either way, problem solved until the next group of nonconforming people are allowed to flourish outside of the accepted bounds.
