Yes, indeed. Let’s hope the Europeans, more attuned to traditional protocols than we are, are as astounded at his body language as many of us were. His draping his arm around his hosts was just appalling, wasn’t it? As if to say, “I’m the one graciously accepting YOU into my domain.”
If this man is defeated, and I pray fervently that will be the case, it will be a great encouragement to those of us who worry about the sanity of our fellow citizens. It may be a wonderful moment of reassurance in the fundamental decency of the majority of Americans.
His defeat has to be huge, though, 80% have to say, “Get lost, Obama!” for this reassurance to actually occur.
I can’t believe that I’m even *thinking* this, but Obama the Abominable makes Bill Clinton look like William F. Buckley.
Obama is a meglomaniac.
That’s nice, but where is the conservative who is capable of beating him? I don’t see one this time.
Obama has given us more ammunition in a few minutes and one speech than all the single sound bites ever collected.

My dislike for this guy is getting so intense that I find myself thinking fondly of the Clintons, something that would be inconceivable 6 months ago.
