[I’m sorry but just how does a court in Hawaii have any jurisdiction in a science experiment in Geneva Switzerland?]____________________Sometime ago, I remember a Supreme Court decision to outlaw the use of medical marajuana. And the California courts reply was that the Supreme Court had NO jurisdiction there. Hmmm. Maybe it just depends who’s court you happen to be in at any particular time ?
