Yup, nice profit for the Donald, $58.6 million. And he’s doing his bit to close our current account deficit.
I thought it was interesting that Rybolovlev had to state that he was categorically not moving to the US. I guess when you are a Russian tycoon, you have to say that these days.

From the number of trucks in the Google shot, it looks as if the bird flew over while they were sprucing it up for sale.
Where’s the pool?

Lucky for the Russian. He's a thug and a mafiya gangster who gets to "own" property in the United States; if an American tries the same thing in his criminal thugocracy they can kiss their money goodbye, and occupying the property will be at the leisure of the local goons.
Any Russian billionaire right now got his money by outright crime. The guy should be arrested by ICE the first day he shows here.

It looks like the landscaping is being worked on. Thus the large areas without grass.

Rybolovlev...said through a spokesman that the purchase was an investment and that he had no plans to swap Moscow life for the Florida coast.Which proves irrefutably that, despite his billions,he's not the brightest bulb on the tree.

Inflation
$100 mill should be able to get you a entire island nation.
He’ll probably lose money on iy, like the Japs did on Pebble Beach.
