That just shows how In touch the talking heads are. I like the post that said make the parents of the kids responsible. But that also eludes to the fact that these parents were responsible in raising their own kids..... It is my generation who screwed all this up. They were raised to be me me me first. They had kids only because it was the thing to do. Then the kids had to raise themselves or go to gangs or go to drugs......... Now those kids are having kids and they are way worse.
Repeat if necessary.

They cannot consent.
In earlier decades they could and would be prosecuted for statutory rape. They are still prosecuted when they trade photos of their nude sex partners.
They still run the risk of pregnancy. They still run the risk of disease. It is still an immoral act.
It is just the will to do anything about it has gone.
And even those above the age of consnet can cavort with those below the age. And even homosexuals can partake despite the liberal hedonists telling us that Lawrence v. Texas was only about consenting ADULTS in private.
Why doesn’t CPS investigate to make sure that the minor had a legal partner?
Why doesn’t CPS investigate Planned Parenthood’s teenage abortions as well?
As I stated during the govt raid on the mormon gathering place and confiscation of kids, where do the proponents of this govt raid stand on this issue. Should they take the kids? Note, that at least one 16 YO girl is pregnant by 24 YO homeless guy? A practice that goes on every city in the country and these dads won’t provide a dime of support.
The girls wanted to get pregnant - they didn’t want birth control.
Those guys won’t be appreciated until later in life.
And there is no shame in anything any more.
