But Hannity said that McCain would give us judges like Roberts and Scalia!MacCain will do precisely what he's done for his entire political career: Betray his base.
If you're going to hire a job applicant, you look at his previous work history to determine how he'll behave in the future. It's NO different in politics, and that he's betrayed conservatives so regularly in the past only shows us that MacCain WILL betray them in the future.

Damn, every time I see the way to keep NObama out of the WH, Johnny Mac opens his cakehole and makes a joke of his candidacy.
What a pitifull election year.

Enjoy your Obama presidency. I hope your convictions keep you warm after B. Hussein taxes the crap out of you and we have about 3 or more 9/11 type situations. Good Job, jackhole.

No it doesn’t. It’s always been the tradition in the Senate to approve a president’s choice of SC nominee unless that person is not qualified to be there like Harriet Myers was not. Republicans have upheld that tradition. Democrats decided to forego that tradition and pretend that they control all aspects of government during the Bush presidency even though a Republican president was elected. McCain is emphasizing that tradition.

That's more the description of folks like you, who behave like McCain spells doom for Conservatism and America.
We aren't the ones accepting liberalism and groveling for the Clinton socialist vote.

That's more the description of folks like you, who behave like McCain spells doom for Conservatism and America. It's not the snake you see in front of you (Obama) who'll kill you. It's the one you don't see(MacCain), hiding in the grass beside you who's your real threat.

Notice how the libs hardly ever mention SCOTUS picks this time? They know that there is no way a conservative judge will pass through Congress with Obama or McCain.
Time for conservatives to do a reality check.

Too bad GHWB didn’t do “some cursory ideological vetting to make sure theres no truly fringe kookiness anywhere in his/her close” before taking Warren Rudman’s word about Souter.

Oh Pissant...how you carry on...you must get up every morning and HUNT for nasty things to post about McCain.
Two things: 1) “politics makes for stange bed-fellows” and 2)...it’s a simple election...TWO choices (no more...no less)...pick the one that will do the bettr job for the country and move on. If you don’t like either...stay home.
Continuing to rant against McCain just doesn’t make any sense unless you’d like people to vote for Obama.
