If the RNC releases it before the convention, the delegates and super (!) delegates will have no choice but to nominate Hillary. Perhaps I’m crediting them with too much sense.

If they nominate Hillary, there will be some massive retaliation among the chattel. It might take many forms, but one certainly is going to be where blacks sit this out. That gives McCain an easy win, and he’s going to need it given that many of us will be facing a crisis of conscience to vote McCain. We don’t want either Marxist in the White House, we would like the least of all 3 evils to win, but we’re disinclined to rubber stamp whichever candidate with whom we’re lumped. Let him have his victory - without us. The Democrats gave us our candidate, let them put him in the White House.

That’s why I don’t believe that it would be stupid for the Republicans to release the tape prior to the convention.

I would be hard-put to believe that this tape exists. It was done in church. Most churches have tape ministries and you can get a tape of every event when it is over. If there were indeed a tape there would be hundreds for sale on Ebay.

If there is a tape it would be best to release it now, putting the heat on the democrats to do or not do something about.

If they throw Obama under the bus, only few dozen votes from the nomination, they can kiss off the black and moonbat vote in November.

Who would be left to “rescue” the party? Al Gore. If this tape exists and it drops right on the eve of the convention I don't think it helps Hil. She is damaged among black voters already. I doubt they will rally around her.

The more that rumored details of this "stunning" tape leak, the less impact it will have when it is finally revealed.

The tendency for rumors to get exaggerated and expanded may make the real event an anti-climax.
