I had a conversation with a medical professional regarding DNA testing who said just the sheer task of keeping all the samples connected to the right child would have been overwhelming if not impossible given the incompetence of bureaucrats. They will probably throw the DNA issue out.

"The law in NM requires non-married cohabitating adults to be arrested, fined and jailed for up to a year on a first offense. ~~~~ I guess you would advocate putting 40% of the population in jail for that as well." ~ is the content of that post where you seem to have wanted to discuss New Mexico law. Otherwise why would you "guess" what I might or might not advocate in New Mexico.

"Fruit of the poisoned tree" doesn't quite work when it comes to DNA. You're born with the same DNA that you have now. Doesn't matter when it's examined, it's always the same.

You can even ignore how it happened that the children came into the custody of the state if a DNA test reveals that they have no mother or father among the people claiming to be their parents.

The Appeals court did not direct CPS to hand the children over to people other than their mothers and/or fathers did it. It left open the identity issue, and only a DNA test will suffice in these cases.

BTW, even though this group is highly inbred DNA testing is sufficient to demonstrate that a father is actually a grandfather as well. It is anticipated that such pairings will be found.

Richard Strasser, who recently retired from USPS after a 40 year career, had a reputation for being regularly carded or challenged right up through his 40s.

There are others.

F(lds) doesn’t care about your constitution. They believe they make the laws in their group and whatever the rest of the country does is just so much B.S.

Okay.

Substitute the U.S. for New Mexico in my original comment.

How do you propose to lock up a large percentage of the population?

Regardless of what you want, that is unreasonable.

Internalize it a little bit. Your pension and Social Security check would disappear.

You're the one who brought up the prospect of locking up everyone in New Mexico.

That you did so in the context of a discussion of affairs in Texas is what should be disturbing.

For those who are geographically challenged - New Mexico is right next to Texas.

This poison tends to spread.

Texas is not New Mexico
