How come now that they are finally getting to be heard in court that the court recognizes the birth certificates, licenses, etc. that they have put in evidence but CPS didn't?
And how come the Texas state folks have been sticking to the story that there was somebody within the group calling for help when the Texas law enforcement personnel were providing detailed information to the State of Colorado to arrest the hoax caller way back in the middle of April? Every time a CPS or Texas state law enforcement spokesman has come out and said they were still looking for "Sarah Barlow" or her supposed baby since mid April they have been stating a falsehood. This Monday, in court, they still didn't fess up, but only admitted that they might not find the supposed baby. Yep, its very unlikely that they'll find a baby made up by a disturbed woman in Colorado who is pretending to be a pregnant teenager.
I’ve seen plenty of CPS and ‘authority’ screw ups in my years on this planet to be skeptical of them. Note I did not blast the authorities, I just stated that you do not separate child/mom without demonstrating abuse. perhaps they have done so.

What you noticed about highrises is in error. The World Trade Center had a multiplicity of addresses, but it was a SINGLE DELIVERY POINT. (I had something to do with that). They provided their own internal delivery. That's one of the reasons no USPS employees lost their lives in the WTC attack.
The F(lds) site was a SINGLE DELIVERY POINT and F(lds) did not report any additional addresses to USPS for assignment of 9 digit ZIP Codes. That's why it ended up with a single address ~ F(lds) demanded that outcome.
Now it's your job to live with their decision.
Sure, they could have had additional addresses, and sure they could have accommodated a lot of stuff, and gotten birth certificates, and vaccinations and so on, but THEY DIDN'T DO IT!

When cops paint pictures of crunchies of their vehicles, we have a real problem.
The 26 were in a “disputed age group” because the mothers were saying they were over 18, and CPS is saying they were younger than 18.
Now, 9 of them have been found to be adults, just like they said.
I realise there’s a lot of mis-information, and even a few people from FLDS who probably did make up stories. And yes, CPS said some people were lying to them — but realise, these are the cases where CPS says they were lying — and we are finding out that it was CPS which was wrong.
These are NOT women who claimed to be minors. These are women who said they were adults, but who CPS held as minors. Hence the term “disputed”.
There were reports of a few women claiming to be minors so they could stay with their toddlers. Frankly, I don’t fault them — I’d do almost anything to keep the state from taking my child from me, and lying about your age would not even phase me if it meant I could stay with them rather than have the state pretend I abandoned them.

The Arrest and Search Warrant specifies one address for the YFZ Ranch.. 2420 County Road 300 [Rudd Road], Eldorado, Texas 76936. Thus that is one unique address for the Ranch.
Within The Arrest and Seach Warrant it is specified that there are numerous residential structures, buildings,...... and The Arrest and Search Warrent requested the warrant cover all such buildings, structures and places, etc.....

People who want to deal with children as though they are property are rightly described by the term.
I would second that. To be safe, don’t believe a single word you read from anybody here at FR. There’s been way to much misinformation and “common knowledge” that is plain wrong.
Try to get back to original sources. There’s a lot of information that is 2nd and 3rd hand. I would trust major news outlets, especially if you can find the same information from two sources.
After the recent day’s reports of 9 cases of CPS giving bad information, I would no longer trust official CPS releases.
How, about birth certificates ~ no one said CPS didn't recognize them. On the other hand, given what appeared to be an organized disinformation effort by the F(lds) adults, why would CPS believe any particular birth certificate applied to any particular child?

You know, for a non-Mormon, I sure have spent a great deal of my life defending them from the prejudices of the ignorant.
My step-family is Mormon, (I am Methodist) and I have been around them and their fellow Church members all my life. Never have I met people that, as a group, devote more effort to following the example of Christ in their everyday lives. 99.9% are good, moral people that I am sure are as outraged by the practices of the FLDS as I am.
I just have a few major problems with their theology, is all.
Everything doesn't happen in an hour ~ this takes time.

From memory, that specific part of the story was that there was a young boy, 4-6, wandering around the cots, crying for someone, anyone, to just hold him, to rock him to sleep. There were 2 CPS workers who were following him around taking notes, but not offering any comfort.
You could argue that it wasn't CPS's job to actually take care of the children, or that it was a character-building exercise. But it was hardly the MHMR complaining that CPS took notes.
