As someone born and raised in northeast PA, I can tell you it’s basically a paleoconservative-libertarian region. We hate the liberals, but we hate their cousins the neocons just as much if not more. The Meuser-Hackett battle for Congress is going to yield a great conservative either way, and I’m also very confident in Lou Barletta eventually becoming a Senator or Governor.

Speaking of Soros, a poster I respect is sure that much of the money Obama is raising is illegal.

She thinks Soros (and maybe others like him) are somehow funneling their own money through Internet donations in small amounts that aren’t traced... kinda like the donations the Clintons got from Buddist monks, except on a much larger scale because of the Internet.

I wonder if there is anyway of investigating that kind of thing.

Is there a Freeper who really knows election law plus methods of record-keeping on website donations, who might be able to figure out how it can be known whether Obama’s record-breaking ‘fundraising’ is really legit or NOT??

This from someone whose preacher of twenty years blames Whitey for both drugs and AIDS (plus who knows what during the twenty years of sermons we know little about). Hey Obama, maybe people cling to guns because they understand the real purpose of the Second Amendment and maybe they cling to religion because they have true faith. I wonder if he ever had thoughts like that or maybe he's just from the hood and tries not to think at all.
