You said some things in your post of a very personal nature about your past that I would really like to ask you about in private. Although you might be thinking I'm not worth any more of your time at this point, it would be helpful.

Honestly, don't put yourself down. You are trying to do the right thing, and that means alot. I was just trying to share some things that are important to me, so that we can concentrate on getting the truth out. You cannot reach people by trashing them indiscriminately or making them out to be bad or evil. With rational people, you can reach them by exchanging ideas and pointing to facts.

There is spirited debate on Free Republic and this is a blessing. God most assuredly intends that Christians are part of his larger design. Back in the days of the beginning of Christianity when it could not sustain itself, the Rabbis chose to let it be to see if God intended it to grow or whether it would die of its own weight.

The answer is pretty much in at this point. And, despite the predations that Jews have suffered at the hands of Christians over the ages, in America, Jews have truly found a land of milk and honey amongst Christians. A land where we all prosper from the good that we can do together, and suffer for the evil we still sometimes do to each other and others.

I would be happy to continue any conversation you would like in private without reservation.
