Because nobody outside of NY gives a rats ass about eliot spitzer. I'm not from NY and I care very much about him. He is truly an awful person, and his downfall is great news for anybody concerned about abuse of the legal system for personal gain. Can't remember when I've been so happy to see a news story.

Wow! This is the best article I have read of Elliot Spitzer scandal. Cavuto said it well yesterday when he castigated for the coward Customer No. 9 is by parading his wife for more humiliation.
After the comments brother Daniel made, might he be Customer No. 10?

Perhaps people are confusing what I wrote with something else.
If nobody gives a rat's ass, if nobody cares, then eliot has no defenders and nobody who will stand up and fight for him.
IOW, nobody cares about eliot spitzer, therefore clinton gets away with this nonsense, but eliot does not. - Look at the original post.

There were great hopes for him in the Dem party as a future presidential candidate.
Thank our lucky stars that candidacy is dead in the water.

Boy, do you have that right.
Spitzer always came across to me as a totally repugnant politician and a corrupt individual.
I grew up near Philadelphia, and I saw that type on a regular basis.

I don’t see any relevance either, unless it would go to the sort of people New Yorkers seem to elect - people like Spitzer, Schumer, and Klinton. As far as Bubba and Spitzer are concerned, I still say sleazy and liberal, what more do you need?
