Elliot is claiming that this is just a personal matter with his family ?

That transporting across state lines ...is not a federal matter ?

but modern-day Democrats don’t have enough shame to be driven out of office, even if caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy. Just ask Barney Frank.

You're getting close... - Dems don't turn each other out over such things.

Dem celebrate Larry Flynt -

could care less about a girl who drown after a drunken ride with a dem -

rape is no biggie to a dem - move on and all

- even a Kennedy relative and a dead child didn't cause a stir -

or frozen money

or FBI tapes of crack being purchased. Or a public official having a prostitution ring run out of a basement...

Nope, no problemo.

So what's happening here? Why are the dems getting sooooooo uptight? This is same old, same old for dems - anyone remember the Mayflower Madam? For dems it's all a yawn - and for the MSM...

Not this time. What's the difference?

What's the difference?

It wouldn’t surprise me that he’s worried about pimpin’ out the girl.

According to the brains around here, it’s a violation of the Mann Act.

Although really, it should be the Womann Act.

IRS probe referred to FBI. Where’s the money coming from? Where’s it going? Wonder if “Eliot Ness” ever heard of Al Capone?

I thought the question was, "how did this [Mann Act] become a federal crime?"; not, "how did this [case] become a federal crime."

Hence, my Interstate Commerce Clause? answer.

They were counting on smearing the Pubbies as immoral unethical heartless scum.

Plus, PROBABLY there’s much more to come out, as TexKat pointed out. That recent phony story about McCain — an attempt to Rathermemo the probable nominee — was IMHO intended to cushion the blow to Spitzer, as the so-called journalistic community knew it was coming (although they may not have known *what* it was; I do find it difficult to believe that he was skeet shootin’ and no one had any idea).

The Demwits are also in a tight spot because they won (so they think) in 2006 because of Iraq, and now they don’t have that to whine about: A) the WOT has in general been going very very well this last year or more, and B) the Dhimmicrats were in charge in Congress and couldn’t get anything done until recently and they are going to pay for that in the fall.

When Presidents are sworn in they say “so help me God” — and that rings true coming from (yes, even) John McCain, but from Hillary? From Obama? No chance.

this guy, Cadillac Deval, and Gov. McFeeley should all be eye openers to the rest of America wake up people vote against Dems or we will have much more of these schlubs

Yeah, it's not like we don't have Mark Foley, or Larry Craig, huh?

Both parties are corrupt and until we weed out the corruption, it's never going to change.

I doubt it's anything that simple. You don't need to pay $4,300 for that.

Uh, okay.

Well, if you're gonna pay $4100.00 anyway, may as well get the "extras."

Whew. Just how kinky is this animal Spitzer, anyway??

“Yeah, it’s not like we don’t have Mark Foley, or Larry Craig, huh? “

yeah sure but did taxpayer money go into Larry Craigs mens room? Nope sorry McFeeley gave his lover a 100,000 dollar a year job in exchange for sexual favors. Spitzer was importing call girls over state lines and may have been using campaign and or public funds for this. THAT is what i am referring to.
