Note: we are giving nothing away to the opposition. We have no doubt they gave a warning to Levin after the recent status conference, and we have to get out this info.

Photo did not post? Levin sounds like a typical Clinton associate.

Don’t be surprised if the next time you go to the probation officer they respond with “James Levin? Never heard of him. Let me check the database, L-E-V-I-N, J-A-M-E-S.... yep, nothing there. Move along.........”

Generally probationers have to report in once a month. I don’t know if you have the manpower to stake out his probation office, but that might be one way.

We know he is local because of the reporting requirements.

If the Dem primary between Obama and Clinton goes on, get the Obama political machine in Chicago to help you. :-)

Doug not for nothing but why not go further up the food chain and point out that they are committing obstruction of justice. Judges get sort of cranky about that.

Doug, you’re a stud. You’re actually out there in the trenches laboring to bring these people down. God bless you.

No one can be served until defendant Levin is served. We need to get this done in the next two weeks.

Those further up the food chain are part of the obstruction of justice - a Clinton-appointed federal judge in Los Angeles, an assistant US Attorney, and others in the DOJ. This is truly a battle with the deck stacked against Peter.
