Ever notice how all those ‘stars’ on FOXNEWS programs like long weekends..Brit Hume, Shep, Greta (but not as often)...

I hope Tony Snow will fill in for Rush when he is away like he did once. Some of the subs on Rush leave me cold.

I”m not a nurse either but (from previous injuries) I believe it’s ice the first 24 hours—no more than 10 minutes every half hour or so—then heat. I know the heat should only be for 15 minutes too. Too long and you do more damage. Keep your foot up if possible. I find ibupropen—with food or milk—works best for me—anti-inflammatory and pain relief—but take what’s best for you.

You’ll have to be the judge of whether you need to call your doctor if the pain is really severe or you can’t put any weight on your foot.
