[we need her to be the nominee.]

I agree!

I say let's put a fork in her now, and deal with the next one.

Not aiming at you, but posting for the sarcasm...

And with the next one being Obama - inexperienced, socialist, and generally not very bright without a teleprompter - it should be a piece of CAKE for a conservative to smash him in the debates....

Oh...I forgot...reach-across-the-aisle-and-get-along-with-the-socialists McCain is the Republican (so-called conservative) nominee.

Guess Obama wins.

Before you switch your registration, make sure you can vote for GOP candidates in the local and state races.

It’s important to vote for the GOP candidates of your choice for state and local races if there is a choice. If it doesn’t matter, then go for the switch.

McCain’s hope is just that—hope. If we can help put Hillary out now, we should do it.

Post 43, I agree it is vitally important to put conservative candidates into office at the local and state level.

However, Hillary is evil with a big E, and it seems more important to me to vote against her in the primary.

In the general election I can vote for anybody I choose.

That is my philosophy. Crush her now, crush her again, crush her hard, crush her often. When is it nothing but a broken heap whimpering in the corner... crush her again. She should be crushed so hard that her grandkids would be afraid to run for public office.

My home state thought they could beat her in the election and were horribly wrong. You can never let the likes of her get even close to being elected.

Against her? No way, we need her to be the nominee.

Why? We need to stop her in the primaries but in case we don't succeed, then at least we have the general election as a firewall.

If she's the nominee, we have only have ONE shot at her. Are you that confident of the GOP candidate's aim?

What would you rather have, worst case scenario, a four year rookie Obama administration or another 8 years of the Clinton crime syndicate?

BTW, hubby suggested we vote for hill to get her out of the NY senate seat ....sounds tempting, we won’t be rid of her here in NY any other way.

FWIW, I think it's a good idea to dump Hillary now. If she gets the nomination Obama will be on the ticket, if Obama gets the nomination she won't be on the ticket.

Better to divide and conquer, a coalition of identity politics would be tough to beat since the dems have been out of the White House for so much of the time these past 40 years.

Having said that I don't have the stomach to pull the lever for any democrat for anything. Perhaps I'm a weakling.

Ding, ding, ding ... we have a winner.

I'll be crossing over in the Texas primary to vote for Hussein. If the pubbies can't beat his empty suit ass in November they've got problems I can't help them with.

I can, however, do my part to send Cankles in a Pant Suit® and The Stain® packing back to the swamp that spawnd them.

most excellent post...and I agree entirely with you.

Obama is the Messiah...the new JFK. Its cool to vote for him (and prove you’re not a racist). BHO is photogenic and has a great speaking voice (useful in sound bites)...McCain is a dour old white guy (w/a whistly sound in his voice). Not a level playing field...McCain stands a chance against Hillary. We know the CLintons...do we really know what Obama will ‘do’ once we are all done singing Kumbaya?

I voted against her. Do IT, you will sleep better at night. Obama is a liberal who wants change but you know where he stands. Hillary on the other hand is a liar and you never know where she stands. It all depends on who she is playing to.

I agree with you. I voted against her too since McCain had it wrapped up. I want to knock her out now. And it felt so good too!

Vote Obama! Slay the beast now.

Then we are doomed either way. I know I am not the only one to think this way.

Switch, if you can, and vote against her. Call your county clerk’s office for the information.

Many Republican women and male feminists will vote in favor of Hillary in the general, if she’s nominated. Not nearly as many would vote for Obama.

I grew up in NY and my brothers and their families still live there. I understand exactly what you mean. The Clintons are the embodiment of evil. They must never be allowed back into the WH.
