That is why we in the USA security apparatus should be hiring more Mitch Rapps and Jack Bauers and not wussy leftist ACLU surrender appeasers to fight this war against Islamofascism.

Turks aren’t Arabs. But they are relatively moderate.

Is Kuwait considered moderate, or are they more hardline?

You're right; they're not. I correct what I said by saying that Turkey is a moderate Muslim country.

Is Kuwait considered moderate, or are they more hardline?

Kuwait isn't as hardline as Saudi Arabia or Iran by a long shot, but they're still more strict than those others I named. Alcohol is forbidden, but women can drive and finally got the right to vote in 2005.

Kuwaiti women don't have to cover up, but I see a good deal more of them covered from head to toe in black there than I do in most of those other countries.

That being said, I don't really feel uncomfortable when I'm in Kuwait. Well, except for when I spent three days there last August and the temps were around 130 F.

The Kuwaitis welcomed his death. One of the few Arab countries that sees Imad Mughniyeh as the monster he truly is. May he rot in hell.

“That being said, I don’t really feel uncomfortable when I’m in Kuwait. “

“””””””””””””

With two “leaks” from two different Kuwaiti papers on this one story, I’m guessing that visits there have a kind of Prague-like feel to them.

Mugniyeh was a pretty careful guy, yet somebody got all the way inside his operation, plus deep inside two other unfriendly intel services.

If the shooter was the usual suspect, it looks to me like this intel coalition has some real teeth.

Y’all keep up the good work, and watch your six. What comes around...

We don't have any arab allies.

Not even the Iraqis who are working with us to fight al-Qaida?

Btw that reminds me; yesterday I went to a lecture by the former Iraqi minister of education. He praised Petraeus for working with the tribes in Anbar to fight AQ. He said the military situation was a lot better, and also said “thinking of withdrawal is thinking of defeat.” He also called Saddam a tyrant.

And he’s an Arab.

Hezbollah essentailly promised all out war with Israel.

or the Mossad assassination was assisted by Arab intel cooperation given because Arabs were informed that attacks against them were in the works.

As soon as AQ is gone they'll turn their weapons on us.

It's called 'taqiyya'. Look it up.

Perhaps we shall never know the whole story. But at least he got his form of justice he so long practiced.
Wonder how Pelosi is taking all this.

"Moderate arab countries" is a pretty short list.
Jordan
Bahrain
Abu Dhabi
Dubai
Oman
Qatar
Turkey
Iraq

To name a few...

Actually, the list is shorter than you think.
1. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are bot Emirates in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Turkey isn't Arab. Turks are Turks, not Arabs. They speak a different language and they are Turanian/Altaic Peoples not Semites.
