Romney governed as conservative as he could in the most liberal state.

Huchabee governed liberally in a fairly conservative state.

There in lies the difference.

“both have proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that they can and will lie to prevent a true servant of Christ from occupying the oval office.”

I am not going to vote for a candidate simply because he’s a servant of God. We saw where that got us with Bush. Huckabee has not demonstrated to me that he really understands our problems, and knows how to fix them. Letting 1000 violent felons out of jail is just nuts. Increasing taxes, and then defending the tax increases during the Presidential debate is just nuts. His excuse to increase taxes was that the money was needed to improve the schools, but at the same time he was doing that, he was pushing for college subsidies for illegal aliens. I’m tired of this nonsense. Give me an atheist President who’s got some common sense!

Injecting this level of politics into what purports to be a religious message is very disturbing to me. Support Huckabee if you like, but keep it in the political realm. Some of these statements seem to smack of judgment of others, which is fine in the political realm, but specifically forbidden in the context of the Christian faith. At least I always thought so.

"ya know, Ray, I have always had a problem with the evangelical “Thumpers” as I call them...you are indeed a breath of fresh air!!!!! Thank you.... :)"

Ray thinks like my Pastor. The real deal is out there...you just have to look around to find them. Tel-evangelicals make them all look bad IMO.

I never could figure out why they tried to paint Romney as a conservative given his record. They wouldn’t even mention his past record. This is still a mystery to me.

You know, if the Dems had said something like this in response to somebody attacking Obama and/or Hillary because of their race and/or sex, we’d be shouting from the rooftops about identity politics. That’s all this is, and nothing more.

Now, I’m not a Christian and I don’t like Huckabee, so maybe this is easier for me to say, but anybody who votes for a candidate solely (or even largely) because they agree on matters of doctrine needs their head examined.

Boy, it's a good thing that I'm not Christian! I'd hate to think that because I disagree with much of Huckabee's "platform," or at least his record as gov of AR, I'm actually a servant of satan, and will spend all of eternity in hell, because I didn't vote for him in the MO primary!

Those who serve satan hate Pastor Huckabee because they hate Christ.

What corny crap. These people really need to get out more.

So, what am I asking you for? Two things, one please pray to the Lord asking Him to supply our needs of oil at a dollar a gallon. And second, if you can spare a few bucks, this would be the time to send it. As you know, I am not a 501c3, so I can't tell you to deduct if from your taxes, and I know that many of you are hurting also. But, if you can a few dollars, just send it to me at:

Rev. Bob Celeste Christianpatriot.com

Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition! Oh, and send me a few bucks too.......LOL!

Stick to yer preachin' and your militias Bob.....

You are giving Rush and Hannity way to much credit. Don’t you think if God really wanted Huckabee to be President and Rush and Hannity were doing battle with Him keeping that from happening, that God would find a way? As a Christian I would want my President to be a Christian as well as anyone, or at the very least respect my faith by not infringing my right to practice it - but I do not place being a Baptist Minister as a top 10 qualifications for the office. Many I’m afraid do.

BTW... Just because someone's a pastor or minister DOES NOT make them credible, just, nor honest.

I've got 3 names for you... 1) The Reverend Jesse Jackson. 2) The Reverend Al Sharpton. 3) The Reverend Emmanuel Cleaver.

“Pastor” Bob Cekeste also thinks Jesus would use violence against abortion clinics and abortionists:

“It has been suggested by many a liberal theologian, that if Jesus was walking amongst us today, He would never use any violence against an abortion clinic... I beg to disagree.”- Bob Celeste, Wednesday, October 18, 1999

Show me where Hannity, Limbaugh or Coulter have signed a pledge to throw their principles under the bus to support whomever the Republicans decide to nominate. This isn’t Stalinist Russia, it’s a representative republic, and if one’s elected representatives aren’t representing one’s interests, it is perfectly acceptable and indeed patriotic to scream, shout and kick one’s feet if necessary. Conversely, going along with whatever government apparatchiks decide to do is the sure route to tyranny.

Nobody owns anybody’s fealty, nor their vote, and the sooner the elite insiders of the Republican party get that through their incredibly thick skulls, the better. If the party wants the support of Hannity, Limbaugh, Coulter, or, for that matter, me, then earn it. In the meantime, if you don’t like what they’re saying, you are free to turn them off.
