If you don’t win you get zip. What do you think Hillary or Obama or McCain for that matter, are going to do for this country?
I backed Cheney; he declined to run.
I backed Duncan Hunter; he dropped out.
I backed Fred Thompson; he dropped out.
Think I'll back O'bama next. ;->
Even then I think it is going to be a tough road in the general for us.
Yep.
Liz can help as a foreign policy knowledgeable campaign speaker and talk show panelist for Mitt, both in the primaries and in the general.
Damn!
Now however, it seems that I could rather go to the polls on 5 FEB and request a democrat ballot - since that...party allows it - and vote for Obuma over Hitlery.
Since the Republican Party won't allow non-partison votes in this primary, it seems I could rather stick it to Madame Hil.
What do you think?
>> I just wish Romney could pick up Thompson.
In my view, Romney’s the best apple we have at this point.
The remaining GOP candidates are not worth a bucket of warm spit.
There is no question they did. If conservatives do not regain power over the rino/moderates in the party, we're going to be treading water in the socialist/secularist ocean for a long time. And there isn't land or a life raft with a thousand miles!
Oh, and can't you just wait for the Amnesty to fully kick in?

Do it.

Well, the other bucket is full of something else.
Let's see... overtax, over spend, give amnesty, over regulate, appoint judges that legislate from the bench, give us the Fairness Doctrine which will completely silence conservative speech, pass more hate crime legislation...
and that's just in the first 100 days!
I think the more you get to know Romney the more you will be impressed with his core conservative values.
“I think the more you get to know Romney the more you will be impressed with his core conservative values.”
Indeed.
He is a man of substance.
***I wont vote Romney. I am still writing in Hunter.***
Same here
I think Mitt Romney needs and deserves your vote.
Becareful what you ask for anyway. Obama is more liberal and MORE ELECTABLE than Hillary.
Mitt Romney for President. Say NO to proamnesty-proCO2caps-CFR-nannystate-RINO John McCain
Good for you.
“I think the more you get to know Romney the more you will be impressed with his core conservative values.”
Dittos.

I'm following 'liz Cheney.
There are five candidates still in the race: Huckabee, McCain, Romney, Guilani and Paul.
The first two I'd scratch are Huckabee and McCain because they are (1)radically pro-illegal, (2)pro-global warming and (3)ultra-enthusiastic about p*ssing on the base time after time.
I'd vote for Ron Paul if this was 1858 or so, but it isn't and I have to concede he's a moonbat. Likeable, but not realistic.
That leaves Guilani and Romney. Both men have executive experience, both have actually run something, both have executed dramatic turnarounds and both are far more liberal than I would like.
But Guilani can't control his zipper and has taken a pass on running against Hillary twice. That shows me he either doesn't want the job very badly or is unwilling to put up the kind of fight necessary to get it.
That leaves Romney and Ann Coulter has it right on two counts-- (1)why else is the enemedia so down on him if he'd support their agenda and (2)the worst he's going to do is a George W. Bush type presidency minus the enthusiasm for illegal immigration and poor communication skills. The best he's going to do is give us Reagan-like leadership skills to pull the country together with results. Most likely, it will be something in between.
Well, I hope you will be happy when John McCain is announced as the GOP nominee.
