If new evidence is found that Kerry lied about his action at Bay Hap River, which led to him getting his third Purple Heart (he lied about this), and a Bronze Star, then it might be possible to have them revoked, and have him charged with filing false reports (i.e. lying to his commanding officers).

There is some new evidence in Scott Swett and Tim Ziegler’s new book on Kerry “To Set the Record Straight”.

Let’s see if we can nail the SOB and take away some of his unearned medals.

Everyone needs to remember that David Brooks is the New York Times' idea of a conservative, which means he isn't a conservative at all. His main theme is that conservatives need to adopt about half of the liberal agenda, particularly things like the gay agenda, feminism, and open borders. Basically, he thinks conservatives should generally agree with the left, but promise to trim a little of the fat out of some of the liberal spending programs, and maybe spend a tad more on defense.
