Sex offender registries are a joke. You've got violent serial rapists and pedophiles sharing the lists with guys who got busted soliciting prostitutes and 18 year-old high school seniors who got caught screwing their 16 year old sophmore girlfriends. And then you have to wonder how many people were put there due to corrupt prosecutors and judges...
It is disgusting that any truly violent sex offender, rapist or pedophile is ever allowed to walk the streets in the first place. We would never consider this approach with any other violent criminal. Could you imagine a murderer's registry?

It’s time to rethink the way those lists are constructed. There is too much sloppiness, and there are people on the sex offender sites who committed offenses like peeing in an alley or dating a girl a year younger than themselves in high school.

Perhaps pedophiles just released from prison should have chip implants that can be traced by satellites.I may be wrong, but I don't believe that technology exists yet.

Well, chips are already in all my pet dogs and cats. Don’t know if they can be tracked by satellites though...you’re probably correct about that part.

"you need a better lawyer- a good one would have sued THEM for damages"
No such thing of suing city hall and winning when it is just a clerical error with no malice. If YOU are willing to foot the 45,000 dollar retainer fee to get the ball rolling, I'll be more than happy to split the winnings.

Reminds me of the time the Welsh community burned down the house of the new pediatrician in town... Rumor has it that she once ambulated a child and also a dog.

Mkae that attacked not burned down... memory error... "Burned down" was an incident in England. A boy (~6 years old) died in that fire. But they succeeded in rendering the registered sex offender homeless

...but no one was available because of the holiday. To government bureaucrats, every day is a holiday.

Better yet, let's have a burglars' registry! They always receive a slap on the wrist and have a much higher recidivism rate than sex offenders. Most of them steal from their own neighborhoods. This way, I'll know whose windows to peek in when my stuff gets stolen.
