I had a feeling this was going to happen. No, I’m not a McCain supporter.

McCain has been the darling of the RNC and the MSM all along. No surprise here. (It’s his turn)

Please. It’s just the comeback of the drive-by McCain obsession. Nothing to see here.

I really hate to do this but ....

I am putting a “far fetched” prediction out there ...

McCain/Thompson ‘08 ticket ...

Rudy 9/11 is becoming a parody of himself ...

Mitt and Huck will destroy themselves over religion...

RP, Tancredo, Hunter ... have no shot (as much as many here support them, or not)

Thompson has been underwhelming ... and has only dropped in the polls since his announcement ...

McCain seems to be surging again and may steal a few early states ... then he will recruit FDT in an attempt to woo the Conservative base ...

May be a bit far fetched but ... I can see this ...

McCain’s treading water, but he certainly isn’t making up ground. He’s solidly in the second tier at this point, and he’s unlikely to move up. If he’s the nominee, the Republicans would have another ‘Bob Dole’ moment.

McCain’s treading water, but he certainly isn’t making up ground.

He's always had that chance of winning New Hampshire. And it looks like he just might do it.

While I share the common complaints w.r.t. McCain, I believe he kept his campaign alive by staying strong on Iraq when others were waffling or retreating, and he does deserve kudos for that.

McCain is the next guy in line and that is who the RNC Establishment always chooses.

I have feared another Bob Dole moment as well.

However, my sister, a self-professed liberal who can’t stand Hillary and has never voted Republican, is leaning towards McCain.

Bob Dole did not have the advantage of running against the most hated candidate ever.

You gotta love this. McCain...off the radar for months. Has looked tired, lethargic - when he’s there at all. Hard to call him unexciting when he’s largely been absent.

Meanwhile, Thompson had the second busiest schedule in November, is storming Iowa right now, won the last debate, has specific and detailed policy papers. BUT, it’s Fred, not McCain that has the sleepy/lazy/comatose reputation.

And yet, here’s the MSM AGAIN trying to pimp McCain right before the Iowa caucus.

The war is going better and independents prefer him over Hillary.

Anti-McCain ad......just run 30 seconds of this shot....no sound....no words other than "I'm 'fill in the blank with other candidate" and I approve of this message.

My point exactly! Our new Bob Dole.

I will not vote for McCain. As far as I’m concerned he is a no good traitor. End of discussion.

A picture is worth a thousand words...and questions. Such as:

- Senator, is that your brother looking over your shoulder?

- Our system is broken? Who broke it?
