Not many tanks but they are working on it.
Those are part of 3-9 Tank Brigade which deployed from Baghdad to Basrah in Aug/Sep to help new forming 14th Div.

They have only two squadrons of Mi17s and they only got the 57mm rocket pods in the last two months.
P.S. The 14th Division in Basrah is planned to become a Mechanized Division...
