Thompson’s response was an outside the box thinking we actually need.
The four handraisers showed they are the same as democrats.
Actually I thought it really pointed out how much some of the candidates are STILL pushed around and manipulated by the dinosaur media.
A candidate that can be outsmarted by an idiotic left wing PBS media hack, is hardly qualified to be president.
(ie Huckabee)
To put a stake in them:
Next question, would they be willing to run a deficit to support it?
My guess is yes. Toast.
Interestingly, Mitt Romney was on Hannity and Colmes last night and Sean mistakenly commented, “...and i didn’t see your hand raised on the global warming question, either.”
Mitt just kept smiling and didn’t bother to correct Hannity. That was the last straw for me. stick by your position or don’t run for POTUS. It’s that simple...

What about the four who kept their hands down and said nothing. Were they saying “no”, and if so do you think that was the “correct” answer?
(2) The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has concluded that ``there is new and stronger evidence that most of the warming observed over the last 50 years is attributable to human activities and that the Earths average temperature can be expected to rise between 2.5 and 10.4 degrees Fahrenheit in this century.
While I liked the no handraising stunt (and more GOPers should stand up to the MSM/DNC shills), Fred's prior position on GW is not all that much different than the others. And it highlights one of the major things that kept me from jumping on the Fred bandwagon from Day One --> his propensity to align with the Gang of 14 types as he did on this climate change bill.
Fine with that? At what expense to our economy? At what expense to freedom? At what expense to our sovereignty?
Is there not one candidate willing to standup and expose this scam?
no idea if it was no or abstaining or they were just slow.
either way, thompson took the lead on spanking the MSM.
Frustrating the MSM is like ridiculing the french, (to paraphrase benjamin franklin) always worth while.

Sorry, I did a search, but you had a different title (although yours is certainly just as accurate).
there are ways to reduce and there are ways to reduce.
Market forces can work the same way metal garbage cans have been replaced by lighter better plastic cans.
What is the rationale for reducing, and the proof to support the rationale?
Market forces can work the same way metal garbage cans have been replaced by lighter better plastic cans.
So far, I have seen everything but market forces meddling in GW nonsense. The latest (so-called) "market based" cap and trade programs are a scam designed by the Milken-boys that will result in huge wealth redistribution and enriching the traders. Thompson seems to be for a huge technology transfer to developing nations--market forces? How much will the U.S. taxpayer be asked to subsidize that folly? And those pushing for a huge government funded R&D program and public-private partnerships to create their carbonless utopia are a bunch of fascists.
Conservation? Sure! Private investment in sound technologies, absolutely. So far, I have seen very little of either.
The Flip Flopping just never stops with Mitt.
