Judicial appointments can always be risky business. Remember, Earl Warren was a conservative governor before he became the Chief Justice of a decidedly liberal Supreme Court. And wasn’t Justice Anthony Kennedy a conservative before he joined the Supremes?

Ow!
How long can shareholders hold on? Will the business office finally overrule the News Department (aka editorial department)? Or, will they stay “All The Liberal News That’s Fit To Print” and continue their fiscal free fall?

We’re still in shock over this. The Fraternal Order of Police held a “reception” in the new mayor’s honor. It was apparently quite the party to behold. Police morale just increased a million percent.
