That is why the Mexican killers case is striking such a chord, leading many to wonder if President Bush has lost his mind by intervening on behalf of the corrupt U.N. and its foreign judges against his home state of Texas.

First off, the person (Mexican scum) who competed this murder (along with other Americans) is not going to get out of prison, he is in for life (it is a matter of apply the death penalty to this individual).

It seems our Gov't here is saying, they would like to ensure American's in foreign countries, if found to be in trouble (legally) would like the precedent confirmed that American's should be given access to their Gov't representatives (within what ever nation a crime may have occured in).
