I like my work...

But my job sucks right now.

Maybe I’ll go on strike....

Wait...I work for myself...

I once threatened a “job action”; to do no more than was required of me.

The boss said he appreciated my improved attitude.

Have you been on a three-hour tour?

If Robinson Crusoe had gotten Gilligan instead of Friday, he’d have given him back to the cannibals.

“I don’t know,” said the first cannibal, “does this taste funny to you?”

Hiya!

Nice little wind storm we had last night! Driving home from Tukwila after orchestra practice it looked like it was raining leaves.

It’s warming up here - mid 70’s. We’re going to run in a bit, and then Pat has gymnastics class, and then Anoreth has a babysitting job at a considerable distance, and I don’t suppose we’ll have much in the way of supper except eggs ...

Oh, well. Eggs are nourishing and cheap.

egg salad sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, deviled eggs, quiche, omeletes, scrambled, fried, poached.....my wifey makes this great egg caserole with sausage and cheese and bread chunks.....

Quite a menu, if you ask me.

Egg casserole with sausage, cheese, etc., would require a trip to the store for sausage! I’m planning to shop while Anoreth’s babysitting this evening, once I’m sure she’s comfortable with the two toddler girls and the young boy who’s not quite all there. (We’re used to this, having Pat.)

I can make an omelet of some sort, though. I saw a bell pepper and some cheese, and a can of biscuits. The children and I don’t care if we eat toast-and-something regularly, but Der Prinz is more fastidious :-).
