I need to come back & visit that. Off shortly to Mens’ Group at church, then Support the Troops (AND their mission) rally. Back later.

Howdy.

I watched “Transformers” today. It was AWEsome! (For a “teen” movie!)

I’ve got a transformer right here at my desk.

All it does is hum.

The catz were hungry.

Some of us are back from day one of the church festival. I’m about to run over to Wal-mart to pick up some supper! Then I have to go back to church with another sign-up list for volunteers. We didn’t have enough today!

Tom had fun in the dunking booth. I’m thinking of taking my bathing suit tomorrow and taking a turn, if the climbing wall is running smoothly.

But the movie was much better!

It all sounds like a lot of fun, no matter what you do!

I don’t think I could handle the climbing wall. dunking might be fun!

Hi all! Long day — “Troops Rally” ran almost twice as long as expected, spent a couple hours drafting a letter to legislative committees and and am about to crash for the night.

Morning! I don’t plan to climb - I just have to handle the ticket sales.

It looks like we may be short of prizes for the children’s games tomorrow. My fall-back position is to send someone to buy Hallowe’en candy! If that doesn’t work, we’ll just cut the price, except for the climbing wall.

Catz were rumpusing early again.

Morning. Fifty-two degrees this morning....*shiver* North wind at 19, which puts the windchill at about 37. *shudder*

I’m staying in where it’s sorta warm.

‘Morning!

Your weather sounds all northwesty. That wonderful chill, the smell of fireplace smoke, leaves falling gracefully to the ground... clogging up my pond filter. Argh!

No fireplace smoke...the wind is blowing the wrong way for that. But I have to shovel the leaves in order to open my security/screen door.

I don’t think I’ll go anywhere at all today!

I’ve been gardening in spurts. Pull a few dead leaves, run inside to get out of the rain, come back out and pull more leaves, run back inside...

Ah. Now I see how you became an ex-spurt gardener.
