Yes, that’s exactly what I expected. All while juggling exotic, deadly animals.

Who really cares who Dobson will support and why or why not?

I'd think he'd best spend his time begging for cash for whatever personal enrichment scheme he has going this month.

I am sure they like Sam Brownback, who has absolutely no chance in winning.

I’ll only care if he gets behind Hunter. Otherwise I have no use for him.

You know what's more alarming than that? Duncan Hunter's next to last place finish at Ames. He finished behind everyone who wasn't participating and he was THERE!!!

Even more than that? Duncan Hunter's own director of communications saying that Duncan doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning anything.

I still blame him and the stay at home Conservatives for that motley crew we have in Congress now.

And still you cannot see.

"Oh, and by the way, I’m a former youth pastor, so my Christian credentials are solid"

I used to have an '8' on a Sunday school pin when I was young. That meant I went 8 years without missing more than 2 Sundays a year. Beat that! LOL

To me, the only difference between the hucksters like Dobson and Jesse J@cka$$ is skin color and which portions of the Holy Bible they choose to believe and which parts to discard.

I, for one, don't take my marching or thinking orders from a flawed scripture spewer.

James Dobson is a legend in his own mind.

I don’t read him. I’m Roman Catholic, so I generally ignore protestant preachers. I’m sure he’s a good guy, but I barely have time to keep up with Pope Benedict’s agenda.

We’ve got to get Senator Thompson to be clearer on the issues. I hear that he’s prolife, while others who favor someone else hear that he’s not.

And just a little bit of the 11th Commandment from everyone (present company excepted) who claims their candidate is the next Ronald Reagan wouldn’t hurt, either.

Hillary and gang give us enough stuff to chew on without eating our own.

I generally like Dobson, but he doesn’t seem to understand that there are no perfect candidates running this year. This southern baptist conservative is supporting the pro-life, pro-gun, federalist, Fred Thompson.

You guys are getting ugly in your disappointment. If he had came out supporting Fred, yall know you would have been happy campers.

It was rather stupid for Dobson to say anything now. By Dec there will likely only be 4 left in the race and he has now crossed all 4 off his list.

I guess he will endorse one of the RATS?

Don't worry, B16's agenda doesn't include Duncan Hunter ...

>Frankly, I’d take Fred over Newt. So if that is his agenda, count me out. If it’s for Huckabee, really count me out.<

I hope Newt doesn’t take the plunge. I wouldn’t want to vote for him in the general, because I think he, too, is part of the Establishment. But he is smarter than Fred. I’d like to know exactly when Newt became a true Christian, if, indeed, he did.

Frankly, I’d vote for Alan Keyes before I’d vote for Fred.
But in the primary, I’ll stick with Duncan Hunter. Sent him another $100 today. Will anyone please join me? :)

I pointed out how much of a dolt this guy was during the Miers fiasco and here’s more proof that I was right.

Which in itself makes me wonder about Dobson. Of all the GOP hopefuls and possible ones, Newt’s own personal marriage issues reflect the exact opposite of what he espouses...

The day I vote the way Dobson dictates is the day after Earth collides with the Sun.
